Sense 2 logo blinking then the big red X

My fitbit acted up last week. Contacted the customer service,we did all the troubleshooting but to no avail. Had to send it back on the 17th of Jan. Today I got a brand new replacement. So stoked! Good thing it acted up while I still have the 1 yr warranty. Here’s hoping it runs smoothly from here. Thanks fitbit team.
