I have a Sense 2 which is just over a year old and one of the metal contact strips has fallen off the back and is lost. The watch was expensive and has never been near water or used in harsh conditions.

My sense 2 sensor pads fell off the back of my fitbit was told my fitbit was out of warranty even though it's a defect I was only offered 35 % off a new one knowing I paid 200 plus for it in the first place not everyone has 200 plus dollars to replace a defective item I will make sure my family and friends never buy another fitbit item again with the way I was dismissed about the defective sense 2 issue of the pads falling off the back knowing it's a problem and many others have had the same issue
