So this is my first Fitbit and I am not impressed with it overall. I like the fitness stuff but got the Sense 2 so it had other features. Turns out I just splashed £200 on a fitness watch, no 3rd party app support so can’t use Spotify etc, SP02 or really anything else. 50% of the apps showing within the Fitbit phone app do not even load when selected (have reinstalled app 3 times by this stage) the call function is temperamental and now won’t connect to Bluetooth, notifications do not come through even though all permissions and settings are checked and green. I am so disappointed with this watch, I found the website features misleading. I know this will probs be glossed over however now I am stuck with it. Brilliant

Hi @SeanGoneWrong - if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

Thanks man. Well I feel sheepish, was a knee jerk reaction when I initially posted. The watch is good, still haven’t got notifications working but aside from that I like it
