Fitbit sense 2 stuck in loop after battery runs out

 

How come you have to hard factory reset everytime this happens?

Hi @Slipstream-Ngin I don't know why it needs to be restarted after the battery runs out, but it is a VERY bad idea to let it happen repeatedly. Yes, I know it happens to us all occasionally, but each time it happens it damages the battery. Concentrate on not letting the battery run right down - preferably not below 20%.

Hi NellyG!

 

I ended up giving it in since it was defective, it was the first one returned. It basically kept on crashing with the logo trying to reboot which drained the battery so quickly. I have another new one which seems to work well so far 🙂
