Hi can anyone please help. New Sense2 for Christmas to replace Versa 3 running on iPhone SE 2022, have tried all usual remedies but text call and calendar notifications not coming through

Hi @anncjones, It's nice to have you on board! Let me help you with the setup of your notifications on your new Sense 2.

After setting up your new device to your account, you need to run some additional steps to setup the notifications service.

In the link provided, go to the section "How do I set up notifications?" > iPhones and iPads. 

If you already followed this steps to no avail, check the section "Why are notifications delayed or missing?" & "Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones"
