I’ve owned the sense 2 for two days. I’ve worn it for two days. It hasn’t collected ANY sleep data for two days. Is this the sort of thing that eventually starts working or should I expect that I have purchased a device that simply won’t track any sleep data. I wear a tracking ring and it collects the sleep data without any difficulty, including my sleep over the last two days. The Garmin I was using, which I have replaced with the sense 2, tracked sleep data consistently. Am I missing something here? I’ll be returning the sense to if it can’t track sleep.

What I’ve done so far: night 1, sleep sensitivity was set to normal. He didn’t track anything. Night 2, hey Siri, I turned off the watch and turned it back on. I insured it was fully charged. I had sleep sensitivity set to sensitive. It didn’t track anything.

I have it since yesterday, and it recorded my sleep with no issue last night. Try to factory reset it.

I’ve reset it. I talked with Fitbit support and they had me remove the sense 2 from the app and re add it. Sleep sensitivity is set to sensitive and I’ll test it tonight.

@Squashdog Have you had any success with your sleep data?? Everything I try doesn't help and I haven't gotten sleep stages for 8 nights now.
