I have recently bought a second hand Sense 2 which I was told had a battery life of 4-5 days. When I plug it it quickly gets to 100% but then on unplugging it drops straight down to 71%. Any thoughts? Is it that it hasn’t reached 100% in the first place?

Please let me suggest some troubleshooting steps. This issue seems to be related to the battery not charging correctly. Keep in mind that this could have several reasons; an incorrect power source might have been used. For example, one of those superchargers that has 120W of power. Try using your computer's USB port instead.
