Welcome to the Fitbit community forums, @CarmenC78.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing with your Sense 2 and for outlining the steps you've already taken!

Let's start by trying these quick fixes. If your device is still syncing with the app, try changing the clock face following this instruction, in case the watch isn't syncing, try these:

    • Try another USB port or wall charger.
    • Clean the Fitbit and cable contacts.
    • Try a different charging cable if you have one.
    • If the battery was dead, give it an hour or two.

Same thing happened to me today. Charged watch yesterday. I can't get it to turn on. I have tried all the "tips". Tried to charge it, nothing. Tried hard reset, nothing. It is disconnected from my app, so I can not factory reset it. I'm afraid it may be done for.

Did you get anywhere with yours?

Hey there @Hball77, thanks for joining this thread and the community!

I understand the frustration, and I really appreciate the time you've invested so far. Let me offer some additional tips.

Please note that we typically do not advise disconnecting the device from the app in situations where you're experiencing difficulties with the screen. As you might know, to set up the device, a pairing code is needed, and if we are unable to see the screen, you would not be able to get that code.

However, since you mentioned that the device is already disconnected from the app, I'll suggest performing a factory reset manually. To do this, please follow these steps:

  • Press and hold the device's button until the screen turns off and then starts to flash.

  • Once the screen starts flashing, release the button and immediately press and hold it again.

  • Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear. As soon as the logo disappears and the screen begins to flash again, release the button and then press and hold it once more.

  • When the Fitbit logo reappears, release the button and wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.
