My Fitbit keeps displaying the wrong time and gets stuck on that time, like its stopped. Sometimes its an hour out, othertimes is multiple hours out which doesnt help when you have just woken up and you look at the clock. (Mine said 10am when it was infant 6:10pm!). I have had this before and changed my settings to what was advised and it helped for awhile and now im having the issues again! I havent changed anything to warrant it.
my fitbit isnt even a year old and i seem to be having alot of issues.
Someone help.

Hi @VickyC1987 - this can be a fault with the clock face.
You can easily check this. Swipe the watch face to the left and see if it shows the same time (tiny at the top). If it shows the correct time, change clock face.
In any case restart the watch and sync with the Fitbit App to ensure it gets the most accurate time.
If the watch crashes or is turned off it can show the wrong time until it is properly synced.
If nothing helps seek a replacement under warranty.

Swiping it shows the correct time, i will try and restart it then and see if it makes a difference. Every time i sync it into the app the time changes on the clockface but it doesnt last long

@VickyC1987 - thanks, that confirms a fault with the clock face, change to another one.
You can contact the developer at the bottom of See all details for the clock face in the Gallery tile.
