My sleep score is not showing, in addition, my sleep data is now displaying differently. Any advice on how to fix this?

Welcome to the community, @Stephcraig09.

Thank you for letting me know about your Sense 2 and taking screenshots from the Fitbit app. Before anything else, let me tell you that a few versions ago, our team released a new layout of the sleep screen to provide a cleaner view of your data. To learn more about this, I'd invite you to check out our Fitbit Community blog.

In regards to your other inquiry, because it's been a while since you posted, may I know if the issue persists with your watch? As you may know, sleep scores will be generated as long as sleep stages are recorded. However, if for any reason you only get sleep patterns (awake, restless and asleep data), you won't see a score for that night's data. To understand what can affect this data, I'd recommend this help article.

My Sense 2 has suddenly stopped posting a sleep score after 8 months of good scores. Just get two hyphens.  I am thinking a Reset is in order but I am afraid all my ECG's ail be deleted.  Any advice to regain scores.

@sprehoda It's good to see you here.

Thanks for the details provided, and your willingness in troubleshooting your watch. Because it's been a few days since you posted, may I know if the issue persists? If so, do you get sleep stages? On the Fitbit app, do you also see the two hyphens? Or is this only on your Sense 2?

In the meantime, let me recommend this help article which explains what can prevent your watch from recording this data.

What dya know. I deleted my device. paired again, updated firmware, and now sleep score works.  Old EKG curves were not deleted.
