Hey Fitbit Community, 

We've redesigned the Sleep experience in the Fitbit app – now it's even easier to track your sleep patterns. Check out what’s new: 

  • Simpler navigation: We’ve redesigned the Sleep experience to make it easy to see all the info you need about last night’s sleep at a glance, with your sleep duration, sleep score and sleep timeline all shown on one page:

  • Get detailed insights from your sleep timeline: Want to know exactly what time you woke up last night, or when your deep sleep ended? Just press and hold on the sleep timeline chart to find out:

  • See your sleep patterns over time: Using the week, month and year views, you can see how your sleep patterns have changed over time:
