I'm having the same problem--and you posted this just 1 hour ago.  My Fitbit Sense is essentially non-functional, and pressing the button simply brings up the Weather icon, and nothing I do makes any difference. I, too, am looking for help.

Hi @CH2813 - your initial problem may be related to Always On being switched on, or a fault with the clock face causing more rapid drain and also the charge not working (or a plain watch fault).

This link might help How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

To detect for a watch display fault, after attempting to charge for 30 minutes (check it's not getting hot, if so stop immediately) try syncing with the app (it may be necessary to restart the phone).

If it syncs you can see the battery level but if the display shows nothing, after holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, then it would seem faulty and if under warranty can be replaced.

Hi @steves123 - hold the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

I also have a Fitbit Sense that started acting strange about 4 days ago. I thought that maybe the battery had died and I missed the alerts, left it on the charger, and still nothing. I've tried restarting it and the fitbit logo never appears.

Hi @CS1235 - did you do the previously posted checks? If so, because it started behaving strangely before not charging it may have a terminal fault, possibly due to an accumulation of moisture in it. If it is under warranty it can be replaced.
