Sense 2 set up on 25th December, since then there have been several days when the device will not synch with my iPhone 12. I have followed all the help guidance, many many times, eventually synching has happened. I've also updated the software on my iPhone as a last resort. Today the sleep score has not synched, and after a bike ride, I have spent a couple of hours trying to get the device to synch. The App briefly shows the additional data from the bike ride, then the Sense 2 restarts and the App goes back to showing no bike ride data. I go round in circles from "lost Bluetooth pairing', backwards and forwards from the App to the Bluetooth screen, back to the 'Fix it' on line help. It's driving me crazy.
Can anyone help? Or shall I just send it back?

I am having a similar issue with my sleep data and readiness score not syncing on Android. I manually sync and it does not help. What does help is turning the Bluetooth off for a moment and then syncing. Works every time. Power cycling the Sense 2 also works.

Thanks Andrew, I was hoping that the watch would automatically synch, or at least when I manually try to synch. Going backwards and forwards between the app and the Bluetooth pages is very tedious.
