Sense 2 not syncing now time not even working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Nothing syncs on my watch and I have to reset uninstall and reinstall app almost daily. After many chats, factory resets and "fixes" my sense 2 after 2 months no longer keeps time, tracks gps, stats all over the place, sometimes I get sleep, hr, hrv, readiness score and sometimes not. I cannot return to store. I really just want my money back. Never had these issues with my other 2 fitbits. Sending it back, if they offer me that option, to wait for a replacement is not an option as i need a watch for work. So disappointed. My Sense 1 not nearly as bad as this. It is so bad now that it can't even be used as a watch to tell time it is so inconsistent

None of the canned responses or forum fixes work. Awaiting an email as chat can no longer help me. I have a samsung galaxy s10 plus and it is not the phone.

Hi @Samtango71 - sounds bad but try

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If the watch is still playing up another factory reset may be needed.  Remove both watch Bluetooth entries from the phone and in the Fitbit App set it up again.

Hope that gets it working.

Thanks no luck! I also just realized all of my old data from my 3 year old sense is gone from my history!

@Samtango71  - are you using a different account? This could explain the missing data in the app.

For setting up syncing, remove any Fitbit device from the Fitbit App And phone Bluetooth and repeat the above steps, that may work.

If not the device may have a fault and need to be replaced under warranty.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with a button factory reset.
