I upgraded from a sense to a sense 2 over a month ago. It still does not sync, provide sleep data (stages or score), readiness score and continues to disconnect from sense2 calls in Bluetooth settings. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and continue to get the run around. From looking at this forum I can see that many others are having the same issues. Phones always up to date and so is the app and watch. I’ve done every possible troubleshooting measure and have asked repeatedly to warranty out the watch and the answer I get is “I’ll escalate the matter and you’ll receive an email “. Still hasn’t happened!

Hi @AnthonyChacon - there can be an issue with the new app which is why it may not be totally a watch problem but as it is under warranty they should replace it as it also sounds a problematic watch, if you have factory reset it and it is still not working properly.
The Sense 2 doesn't have some features found on the Sense so strictly speaking is not an upgrade.
if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds, which night still be available to you as an option.
