I've had Fitbits for nearly 10 years, several months ago I made the mistake of swapping from a versa 2 to a sense 2. The sense 2 is garbage, it fails to sync regularly, 9 times out of 10 you can't reset the stop watch, the UI is appalling, it misses data from several categories, the app is hopeless now its had a revamp and the dashboards don't display the low level data.
I've just got off the phone with FitBit Support and they offered me 2 options, like for like replacement of my sense 2 or 50% another product, I asked if I could replace me sense 2 with a lower spec cheaper versa 4 and they said no. Complete madness, my advice avoid Sense 2 like the plague and go buy an Apple or other competitors watch.

HI @sasharrison - besides the UI issues, there is an uncorrected syncing problem since the new V4 Fitbit App was released in September.
The almost identical Versa 4 uses the same UI and and App, so that wouldn't help.
Even if you got the more refined Sense original you would still have the syncing problem which means that you wouldn't always get your notifications or be able to rely on it.
