Hi, I've been wearing my Fitbit sense for the past 3 weeks, only taking it off to shower and recharge. I'm getting no readings from the readiness everything else is working fine including temperature my wife is having the same problem with her Versa 4. Am I doing something wrong or is there a fault with this function any help would be appreciated thank you

This morning, I woke up and had my readiness score. It now says I need to wear it for 4 more days and will not sync. When it does sync, it does not show me everything I had set up on the home screen (active zone minutes, steps, stairs) it just shows calories. It will randomly say readiness again but immediately revert to wear for 4 days.

I checked our internet and that doesnt seem to be an issue.

I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled, restarted the app my phone and my fitbit. I've done all I can think to do.

I'm at a loss.

Please help.

@Reaaaa this is an issue on Fitbit's end. I don't know when service will be restored, but they are working on getting it fixed ASAP. Just hang tight for now. There is nothing we can do on the user end about this.

@FloridaRay and @Reaaaa Welcome to the Community. @alexthecat Thanks for help our members.

@FloridaRay and @Reaaaa Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and the steps tried prior to posting. As our friend mentioned, there was an issue with the Fitbit app preventing the Fitbit devices from syncing their information, which has been fixed by our team.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. If you haven't done so, try syncing your Sense 2 one more time and check your details on the Fitbit app.

Will it catch up with the last couple of nights sleep?

Hi! The issue is not solved unfortunately. After having completet all steps I could think of, my app still does not show steps, stairs and active minutes on the dashboard. Please do something.

Hi @JenEquestrian - possibly not retroactively..

@MartL- the issue may not yet be fully resolved - try logout and login.

Logout+login did not help, neither did reinstalling the app and pairing my Charge 4 again.

@MartL-  while the problem is ongoing there is not much you can do but wait.

My problem with the readiness score still hasn't been resolved. Although my wife received a score this morning of 1 and she hardly exercises. Why can't I get it?

Hi Lizzy Fitbit - I was one of the many whose FitBit app was opening and crashing immediately this morning. That bug is finally fixed but my Health Metrics, Sleep, Readiness, Heart Rate did sync from last night. Do you have a fix for that. Can I get that data back? I’m not confident that tonight’s will sync either. Is there something we can do on our end?

My readiness score and my sleep tracking have both been missing since February 25. I have tried everything and can’t get it to work.
