Sense 2 not turning on

My Sense 2 used to hold battery for 6-7 days but since the update it started draining every 4 days and now in the last 2 weeks it has been draining every 4 hours. when I put it on charge I can see that it was still between sixty to eighty percent battery. Since Yesterday it has not opened, I have done force restart multiple times, moved my account to google, disconnected and reconnected the bluetooth, deleted and re-installed app, still nothing. When I force restart it, it shows me the Fitbit icon and then a red cross, still nothing, my iPhone can sense and connect it to bluetooth but the app does not seem to recognise the watch. I have been brand loyal for about 7 years now and this is my third watch, I should have learned the lesson and moved to Garmin which my husband uses and still wears the one he bought 6 years ago without any issues he got my son a new Garmin last month as well, my daughter has been using hers for the last 3 years. I am really annoyed by Fitbit and ashamed of using it now when my whole family is using Garmin without any issues. I am now evaluating buying an Apple Watch or a Garmin myself, brand loyalty end with this Sense 2!.

Let me help you with your Sense2 that is nor turning on. I appreciate the loyalty and for the troubleshooting you have tried.

Are you sble to sync via the Fitbit app of your mobile ? From the Today tab, tap the devices icon > Sense 2 > Sync Now.

If Sync now doesn’t show an update banner, tap the devices icon > Sense 2 > Gallery. The app should show a pop up to install the missing apps and recover the device.

Then restart your device. Refer to How do I restart my Fitbit device?
