After factory reset 

sense2 is stuck in a screen

Hi @ons77 - did you try setting up the watch again in the Fitbit App, device page, Add more devices, select your watch and replace?

Thank your reply 

I did try to add new device but the app couldn’t find it, I switched off bluetooth on iphone and on again. 

but it’s not seeing sense2

tjw watch is stuck on the same screen 

to download the app and start using 

I even deleted the app and reinstalled it nothing happening

@ons77 - try these steps

  • Remove the watch entries from the phone's Bluetooth and turn it off
  • Logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone
  • Turn on Bluetooth
  • Restart the watch, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and wait for the logo or startup to appear and for it to start.
  • Login to the app and add it again

A lot depends on what was the reason you did a factory reset (not mentioned) in the first place.

I tried it, but the watch doesn’t give any other screen and does not allow any interaction.

seems it is locked
