Since the latest Sense 2 update (v 60.20001.220.31) and app v. 4.65, my notifications have completely stopped working on iOS 26.3.1. The notification settings page in the app is totally blank. I’ve tried restarting and reinstalling everything, but no luck. Also Alexa setup is not successful.
Everything was working before updating Fitbit app and firmware

I really hope that's not the case. Alexa is a core feature and the main reason I bought the Sense 2—I rely on it every day to control my smart home devices.
We need to keep pushing for a real fix because 'ignoring' a major feature into extinction isn't acceptable. They still market Alexa as a key capability, so they need to make it work in our region. It’s the only thing that makes the Sense 2 worth wearing!

unfortunately i'm still having issues 😞 In fact, when i updated the app i still got Alexa connection errors so I restarted the app, phone and sense 2. When I restarted sense2 it must have had an error as it went to factory reset!! so i had to set up the watch again and now...not only does Alexa still not set up, but even with the "English (US)" workaround, not all the notifications are populating (e.g. iOS mail, WhatsApp)...only some notifications are populating (e.g. Yahoo mail, Outlook). So frustrating - the app update v4.67 made my particular set up worse!
For the Alexa set up, may I ask how you set up your phone? I believe my Amazon account is UK based. Did you try to activate Alexa on the app when you were in English (US) or English (UK)? Any set up steps you did I would greatly appreciate! thanks again

Originally when I updated I still had the connection error for Alexa although in the app it said it was connected. I disconnected in the app, tried to reconnect and finally had the allow all prompt.
The notification list only populates if I choose US English. If I switch back to Australia (as my region language) the list remains but as soon as I select which app to receive notifications from that option disappears

Hi, @farrellcsun I'm so sorry to hear you're going through all that!
I removed the Fitbit app, forgot 'Sense 2' and 'Sense 2 Calls' from my Bluetooth settings, and then reinstalled Fitbit version 4.67. After changing my iPhone language to English (US) and the region to Australia, I paired the watch and connected to Alexa via the Fitbit app.
also try login with google account not Fitbit
I should also mention that WhatsApp is still not showing the list that was previously appearing.
good luck!

Appreciate the feedback to both you and AJSim! I'll give it one more go in a bit and let you know how I get on. Thanks again!

Unbelievably I got Alexa to work again. 🙂 Thanks again to you both for your help. I got a new iPhone 17 at home that I have to transfer everything over from my current iPhone 14 Pro Max. Fingers crossed everything transfers over fine! But right now, for today, Alexa is working again on the Sense 2.
PS: notifications are still messed up - need to switch to English (US) for the fitbit app to populate and select notifications, but at least Alexa is working.

That’s great that Alexa is working for you now. Same with the notifications. Have to switch to English US for them to populate. Baby steps!

I also don't get WhatsApp appearing in the notifications list whether I'm on US Language or Australian. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

That's so odd about WhatsApp not showing up even on English (US) setting...I did notice however that I am no longer seeing Facebook Messenger in the notification list on English (US) and I know that used to work as well. They are both owned by Meta but not sure if that is connected. Still hoping for a "proper" fix soon!

Everything works fine as long as you keep your phone language set to English (US) and the region to United States. Once everything is set up and working, you can change the region back to your own country.

Yes, thank you Samsay, that is what I'm currently doing and at least all notifications are coming through - and Alexa is also working again!
However, they should put out a proper fix where you don't have to switch back and forth from English (US) to set your notification preferences - it was all working perfectly fine prior to 4.65. Since this workaround currently works, I'm not pushing it as hard, but they should still properly fix this bug.

Totally agree. It’s a frustrating bug and we shouldn't need workarounds for features that worked before. Hopefully a real fix comes in the next update
