Sense 2 order is delayed

I got a coupon for $50 off and two day free shipping that I used to buy a Sense 2 last Thursday. I got
My package tracking notice and they expect to deliver it this Friday. Not really expedited or 2 day shipping if it does a week.

I'd like to suggest that you reach out to our customer support team. They are the ones who handle the shipping process for our customers, and they would be able to let you know if there is anything that can be done to compensate for the delay.

Hello @Nospillblood and welcome to the Community.  Here is a link to a Help article that might give your more insight.  About Fitbit purchases and shipping  Like many sites I use, processing time isn't included in shipping time.  The processing time seems longer than average, but did it ship in two days by the tracking data?
