Pretty disappointed I bought my wife a Sense 2 to replace her Versa 3 for Xmas and less than 2 weeks later there is already a large scratch on it. She has no idea how it's possible as there has been no noticeable incident that would have caused it. She's had fitbits for years and never once had a scratch this bad. Has Fitbit used a lower grade of class in this unit?

Hi @Cochrane428 - check about warranty but also refund policy in this case.
The display is glass and can crack if knocked. It would be quite hard to scratch it.
Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds. But good condition may apply so it could become complicated.
