My fitbit just started doing this - blank fields in the screen so I can't see anything. What can I try to get it back?

Hi @SusanR1 - if pressing the button or double tapping the display and swiping the watch face down to get to Quick Settings doesn't work, try recharging the watch.
What you may be seeing is an image burnt on the screen from using the Always On setting.
In Quick Settings turn off all the icons to avoid having the display always on and in watch Settings be sure to setup a watch Sleep schedule.
You can also try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to restart.

Hi there, @SusanR1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the image attached and for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense 2. I understand your concern, we're here to help you! @Guy_ Thank you so much for your input!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
