Sense 2 screen has floating pixels

I just received my new Sense 2 yesterday.  I noticed immediately that there are little gold pixels floating on the screen.  They look like little stars that flash on the screen. Is this normal? Is my new Fitbit defective? Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @i_am_michele - try a restart, hold the button for around 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.

 

That sort of behaviour is unusual so probably best to get a refund and start again if it continues.
