My sense 2 screen is completely black , won’t charge with lights , app can’t locate devise and unable to sync! I have never had any problems and have only had 1+ year. I cleaned the area to make sure there is a good connection. Held the start button and all the other tricks! Any further suggestions would be great! Thank you

Hi @Foxywolfe - if the watch needs charging you won't be able to do anything with it.
See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Please confirm which watch you have, it may be a Sense.
