I just got Sense 2 and it's working well, except for one thing. The screen keeps shutting off when I use the watch. I set the screen timeout for 10 seconds, but it keeps going black a lot even after just one or two seconds, when I'm scrolling or when I click something. Is there a way to fix this problem or do I need to return this watch? Is this problem just with my watch or is this a common problem?

It's good to see you participating in the community for the first time @Tiitieve
Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this situation with your Sense 2.
I'd suggest you take a look for Sleep Mode (moon icon) by swiping down and checking quick settings. Make sure that it is turned off.
In addition please perform a restart.

Thank you for your answer.
I've checked and tried with and without all the modes (sleep, do not disturb etc). I've also restarted, charged, returned factory settings and so on and nothing is working.

Hi @Tiitieve - this may be a watch fault but try with no icons on in Quick Settings and then also with Always On and see if it also blanks.
It can also be a clock face issue if you installed your preferred clock face after the factory reset, try changing to another one.

I've tried Always On. It still happens. I've also tried different clock faces and nothing makes a difference... So I guess I have to return this. It feels like the watch thinks the screen is covered or that I put my hand down, when it goes black. I very carefully tried not to cover the watch and held my hand still, put it happens no matter what.
