My sense 2 at various times fail to charge after a low battery alert pop up on my phone. When this occurred, the only fixed it to drain the battery completely to zero for 10 hours, then it will charge again. Is there a solution or I just need to get a replacement? It's is completely irritating because it seems like it's too often.

Hi @Bigdog50 - if you have charging problems first restart the watch, then try.
Also it could be a faulty connection/cable or power source but have a look at all the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
