Hi there, @Chrissie32. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Sense 2 is draining quickly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As per the description of your post, it seems like you have the "Always-on" display enabled. That would explain why it won't turn off and why the battery is draining quickly. Always-on display automatically turns off when your watch's battery is critically low.
To exit the always-on display and interact with your watch, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display.
Additionally, I'd suggest following the tips and recommendations provided here Tips to extend your Fitbit device's battery life.

Best AnswerA clock display stays on all the time that is different than my chosen clock display. I have both settings (watch and app) set to not keep display on and no quick view. I have tried restarting the device, but no luck. How can I get the display off?
Best Answer@Trinibeens You wrote that you checked everything, but it sure sounds like your Always On display is on. You didn’t share the name of your clock face, but you are describing what you see if a clock face doesn’t have its own Always On option. Please double check your Quick Settings by swiping down on your Sense 2 screen. Is the bottom left icon on? If so, tap it to turn it off.
If this doesn’t help, what is the name of your clock face?
