Sensor came off of my sense 2 which was purchased less than a year ago, brand new, on eBay. Fitbit is refusing to assist in repair or replacement. I am very unhappy about this. I have been a loyal customer for nearly ten years, but it looks like I have to find a different brand of fitness tracker now. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm looking at the back of a Sense 2 and can't imagine a sensor coming off unless the whole back completely came off. If you bought it from a store on eBay, your best bet is dealing directly with that store.

I just came here to seek help for the same issue. I purchased mine directly from Fitbit. I have also had it for less than a year.
