Bought the sense 2 when my last fitbit battery wouldn't keep a charge. This one the sense 2 I bought for mothers day. Yesterday nothing would light up so thinking that the battery once again died w/in 12 hrs I put it on charge. when it came back on the time is set 5 hrs ahead & can't reset the time. any suggestions? I tried to set it to the 24 hr clock & nothing change so went back to a 12 hr clock saved & still no change. Thanks

Try to go to "App settings" in Fitbit App on your phone, and set your location manually.

Hi @Sookie4me  - to set the right time it is necessary to sync the watch.

Sometimes this not enough or doesn't work, so restart the phone and watch and try again.

If it still isn't setting the after a few syncs, try what @LokeAa says, turn off automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually and sync.

Then turn automatic time zone back on once you have succeeded.
