I am using the sense 2 with the Pixel 10 pro XL. I have the latest fitbit app. All the data from the watch syncs (like stand goal, heart rate, calories etc) except steps. I have to force a sync by pulling down on the today page.
Another issue is with the firmware update. I have reset my watch and when I add it to the app, it asks me to update the watch and I also see the firmware upgrade happening on the watch. after upgrading is complete the watch however still shows the older 214.x version instead of the newer 220.x.
I have removed the watch multiple times from the app and done a factory reset. It is not helping.

Thank you for sharing with me the information about this difficulty that you are experiencing with Sense 2.
Even though you state that you have the latest Fitbit app, could you please confirm that the version you are currently using is the most recent one? Please see: How do I use the Fitbit app?

Also, every couple of days I have to 'force stop' the fitbit app, otherwise it won't sync at all
