My Sense 2 was providing daily oxygen saturation percentages until Wednesday 19 July. Then it just stopped. Everything else is working fine. Any suggestions on how to get it back? Thanks

This sense to has given me nothing but problems. I don’t get those saturation reports either. I rebooted it and it went back to the previous software. So now it’s doing the double tap needs payment. This thing isn’t worth the money.

Hi there, @Burmac and @FitbitUser0721.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and the steps you've tried on your own. Just to confirm, do you mean the SpO2 isn't displayed on your Sense 2? Or is the issue with the Fitbit app not showing Health Metrics?
Let me explain this data will be generated as long as you have at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get SpO2 data. That being said, I'd recommend making sure if the permissions for the SpO2 app or clock face are turned on, wearing your watch slightly higher on your wrist and syncing with the Fitbit app after waking up to check your details.
@FitbitUser0721 In regards to the payment notification, this issue has been reported to our team and while we don't have a time frame when this will be fixed, our team is working on this matter and we're keeping them informed of this situation.
