Sense 2 stopped recording distance

My Fitbit has comeptlly stoped recording all distance from example I will walk 20000 steps and the Fitbit will record total distance as 0

Hi there Caragold I posted with this exact issue a couple of days ago, Fitbit will I'm sure eventually fix this issue but if you can't wait I have a temporary fix in this thread

Our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it.

Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.

Same issue here! My Sense 2 stopped tracking distance yesterday (I walked 15000 steps but only 4 km are registered..) moreover, Ilthe mindfulness sessions are not registered on the phone app anymore. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app and only 1 session of the week appeared…

My Sense 2 stopped tracking distance when i walk (I start the walk exercise manually in the device) . Moreover when i run ,it shows (i start the run exercise manually)distance but the map either appears incorrect or not at all. I called the support but not much help from the team.
