The last few days I have not gotten a sleep score even though I have gotten enough sleep in order for the app to calculate a score. It refers me to get Fitbit premium if I want to know more about my sleep. I was rebooted my app and watch.
Not only is the sleep score graph gotten terrible, now not even getting a score. What’s up??? The sleep information is one of my primary uses for this watch. This smart watch has become not much more than an alarm and timer. Very dissatisfied and will be shopping for a new watch today - other than Fitbit.
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
This is my 3rd Fitbit and has been the worse! Only 1 1/2 years out and the metal electrode strip fell off the back today! The sleep score not only has given me much less information since Google bought out Fitbit, but the graph is crummy, and now the sleep information is not being reported consistently. Some days no information or it will give me my sleep score but not my estimated oxygen variation. I’m waiting to hear if I will get a replacement since the metal strip fell off and if not - I will be looking elsewhere!
My stopped twice this week. I talked to support twice. First time we reset it this time it needed to update even though the app said no. Had to go to the App Store & download the update, not from the app. Now working but I still hate the new graphics.
