Sense 2 stopped working

Hi,

I purchased my Sense 2 a year ago at FitBit website with 2 years of warranty. It stopped track my steps or any activity, nor sync with the app. Where I can sent my device to maintained?

Hi @Filadelfia - did you try a restart?  hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Restart did not help, but manufactory reset helped. Thank you for advise. I'm happy to continue to use my device.
