Sense 2 stopped working

Hi, 

My sense 2 a Dec 24 Christmas present stopped working yesterday. I bought a new charger and duly cleaned the terminals. I have reset it as per instructions. The power is inducing the initial power vibration then nothing. The last paring with my phone was 15/11/25. Looking in the forum this appears to be a common issue. Any ideas to rectify? Many thanks.

Thank you for sharing the situation with your Sense 2 that is not charging.  Thank you for trying to resolve this before contact.

  • How do you charge your Sense 2 regularly?  Please try charging it on a different power source than the one you regularly use.

Good afternoon and thank you for reaching out. Yes, I have tried
charging it via my PC, a direct to wall usb charger and via the charger and
plug in a different socket. All no good. Any other suggestions, please let
me know. I'm willing to try...KR
