This was a gift from my son, it has not worked great since I got it, battery dies quickly, now even charged it just stops working. I have the reciept my son sent, this is the worse one I ever had.

you'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.

I contacted Fitbit, sent it back for a replacement, now it looks like I’m getting a refurbished one. Seems odd, my gift was new not refurbished, so I hope it works

@antoniaredigan when they are available in the warehouse at the time you need a replacement, you might get a new unit. If it's a popular item or color, then they send what is currently in stock so you don't have to wait as long for a replacement.
