I tried to reboot my sense 2 and it flashed white logo, blue logo, red X and then black. Thinking it might need a charge I tried 2 different chargers and didn't even get a charging flicker on the screen. Any ideas, it's only 3 months old?

Hi @Caird - check the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Also try restarting the watch again manually both on or off charging, by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.
Contact customer support for a replacement cable if necessary first, or watch if the cable is good.

Hi! Thanks for the advice. My Sense 2 died with about 30% power before I saw the red cross. I have 2 charging cables and the back of my Fitbit is generally clean. Out of blind hope I cleaned the back and attached it to the charger this morning and there was no change, no signs of life. 😞
