Sense screen stopped showing data

Starting today, 10/6/23, my sense 2 no longer displays the time or any of the other metrics I have set up on the face. This is extremely frustrating on top of all the other changes the recent update made. Please rollback your update until you can get it right.

Hi @Cindyb727 - as a first step try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

My Sense 2 screen stopped working about a week ago. The device was working as I could feel the vibrations and get alerts. Power cycling the device did not restore the display. I ended up calling support and they sent me a Sense 2 warranty replacement in 2 days. Hopefully your device is still under warranty.
