Sense 2 tracking lower heart rate

It’s brand new and during the first work out reads my heart rate substantially lower than my Versa 3. Is there any fix or do I just need to return it.

Hi @Amf58 - Apparently heart rate during movement is not one of the strong points with the Versa 3/4 Sense 1/2 watches. It depends largely on the type of movement, person and watch and will never be as accurate as a dedicated monitor. At rest [when not moving] it should be pretty accurate, to measure sleep and resting heart rate.
