Just wondering if I'm the only one? It tracks absolutely NOTHING. Heart rate? Nope, sleep? Nope, literally anything its suppose to do? Absolutely not. I've had the sense 2 for about 20 days and it is absolutely the worst device I've owned from fitbit. I've owned fitbits for the last 10 years and I am very regretful in purchasing this but I stupidly threw out the box. Or it would've been returned already. Should've just kept my versa 3. I have, troubleshot every single suggestion I can as well, I guess I'll just enjoy my very expensive watch that only tells date and time.

No steps tracking?
Have you contacted support? Who says you need the box for returns?

Occasionally steps, not consistently. The store I bought it from says I need box. I didn't bother as they will just go over the troubleshooting with me that I already did

Hi @RetroSloth - another option worth a try, it may be faulty and you won't need the box to get it replaced.

Hopefully that resolves it, but if it doesn't, know that your definitely don't need the box to return it. That's not a policy thing, that's a consumer rights thing.
