Sense 2 watch turns off when I swipe right

Hello,

Since the last update or two, I can’t swipe left to right. It turns the watch off and I have to restart it. I can’t view anything that’s to the left from the face of my watch. How do I fix this?

Thank you so much for letting us know that after the last update your Sense 2 won't let you swipe left to right. 

Have you already tried to change the clock face?

If not, please try to do the following: 

  • With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab and then the icon which shows a device and a watch then tap on "Sense 2".
  • Tap Gallery and then Clocks tab.
  • Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and then Install. (Please choose one developed by Fitbit).
  • Sync your Sense 2 with the Fitbit app again.

This started happening to me within the last week or two as well (I think it’s the most recent update), and changing the watch face doesn’t fix it. Fantastic that our watches are basically useless now.
