Anyone else having issues with their Sense 2 not syncing? Mine has not synced without a forced reboot in over a week. This is becoming a bit irritating, especially since this is the most expensive FitBit product at the moment.😤
Same! The final straw for me this morning was that all my customized things I did to the watch face were reverted back to original. This watch has too many issues going on, so I'm returning it as soon as I print out the return label.
I'm experiencing the same issues too. At first, I put it down to I was playing around with watch faces and generally using it way more than I would normally... but the device stopped synchronizing to the smartphone service yesterday evening and the only way it would resume is to reboot the device.

Best AnswerOn day 2 it quit syncing. I had been changing some setting around the time of the last sync. After going through the normal troubleshooting, I rebooted my phone. This is day 4 and it has continued to sync. I was a bit surprised that restarting the phone worked when restarting the Sense 2, Bluetooth, and the app on the phone didn't. I only did it because I have another app that needs the phone to restart when the app gets an update. it was the last resort before calling support.

What about silent alarms? It’s just occurred to me that my alarms haven’t been working the past two days. This is becoming a deal breaker. I really wanted to love the Sense 2.
