I have noticed that after a few months the charging cable doesn't work any more. This has to do with the four contact points which are going into the four holes on the back of the device, during the charging procedure.
As a full user of the device I have to charge it everyday. Thus, after a certain period of time one or more of the contacts are worn out.
It would be advisable for the product technicians to do something about it .

Hi @Guy81929 - unfortunately it is a known issue but there are a few things you can do to improve the situation.
Tips when using the Sense or Versa 3/4 charging cable
Also make sure to clean the watch and contacts well before charging and try to charge less frequently. It may be also that the watch is not setup correctly so is using more battery than necessary. Check these links in case you find something to help.
