Sense 2 won't connect on-wrist calls

I have had nothing but trouble trying to set up my Sense 2.

Firstly, it took nearly a month of restarting the phone & watch & uninstalling/reinstalling the app before it actually connected.

Now the Bluetooth won't connect to the Sense calls so I can answer from my watch.

Again, I've followed the instructions over & over but it doesn't work.

For one thing - I can't find on-wrist calls instruction on the watch in vibration & audio settings - there are only 2 options available here - vibration strength & microphone.

What is going on?

On the verge of sending it back cos it's getting on my nerves.

Very expensive not to work

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the forums @Shazann124

Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Sense 2 and for trying to fix it on your own.

Please confirm that you have followed the steps listed below:

If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. On your phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Remove your Fitbit device's controls or calls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
  4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Note that your Fitbit device's controls or calls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.
