I updated my Sense 2. Ever since the update my Fitbit will not stay connected to my iPhone 14. I've checked background app refresh. Restarted the phone and watch with no success. Tried factory resetting the watch and re-pairing it to my phone with no success.

Hi @aspect66. Good to see you participating in the community for the first time.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this difficulty with your Sense 2 and for trying to fix it on your own.
Please, try to follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Check if by any chance your phone's Bluetooth shows the Sense 2 as a connected device. If so, please unpair/remove it.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Turn off the Bluetooth.
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
- Turn on the Bluetooth.
- Setup your Sense 2 again.
- If there is no connection, restart your Sense 2.
If you can't get started with your Sense 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
