Hi there, @TheBizWiz. @yoyo1103 Welcome to the Community.
@TheBizWiz I appreciate your efforts while working on your Sense 2. To look into this matter, may I know the model of your phone? Is the Sleep Mode or DND setting turned off on your watch? I understand you've tried some steps, but please double check this help article to make sure the requirements are met and every step is exhausted.

I own a Sense 2 watch, and after upgrading my iPhone to iOS 16.1, it's not possible to receive notifications from LINE. I tried several methods including:
- restart phone and/or watch
- enablying system notifications
- forget/register again the watch
but none of those solved my issue.
Moderator edit: Subject for clarity.
I have same issues as many. iPhone XR, iOS 16. Tried restarting both phone and Fitbit, turned BT on and off. Reset to factory. No DND Or Sleep.
All notifications come to my Apple Watch and Garmin. Very frustrating. Do I return it ? Fitbit needs to fix, not tell us stuff we know about
After you set up your Fitbit, it takes days for it to read the other apps compatible. Once they load, you can go to your sense in the Fitbit app and selection notifications and then app notifications and it’ll list the apps there. You can toggle on and off from that screen.

Best AnswerThis is my OS version. And I have iOS 16.1.
I did notice if I have another Bluetooth connection besides my Fitbit, I don’t get notifications at times. It’s really buggy. I do try to make sure my Sense 2 is connected. Hope they find a solution.
Best Answeri Just got this from Fitbit since I’ve had a case open on this problem of notifications
iOS doesn’t have this yet but I’ll be checking later . Hopefully this will solve the problem
“A new version of our Fitbit app will be releasing soon. Please check for Version 3.71 from your local app store.
Once, you updated on this version of the app. Ensure that "Banner Style" for all apps you want to get notification for is Set to Persistent. “
Best AnswerSent a reply elsewhere … updated iOS, updated Fitbit app, changed all apps for notifications to Persistent but still nothing the only app showing up in FitBit notifications is FitBit, and Disney Plus did not turn on Disney plus bot turned on FitBit 15 days before I send back and trade for Apple Watch had an Ionic for a couple of years and Notifications always worked on that watch, sorry I upgraded and paid more money, investment is not paying off.😤😂
