My new Fitbit Sense 2 is not receiving text notifications. I can receive phone calls but cannot get text messages. I have gone through trouble shooting steps on my own and also gone through the same steps with an online chat with Fitbit. Any suggestions?

Nevertheless, I was wondering (in case you're an iOS user) if the text messages your Sense 2 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
I've moved your post to the Sense 2 board for organization purposes.

Thank you MarreFitBit. I got my Sense 2 today and have been dealing with not receiving texts ALL day. I was ready to return it. Just saw your tip and as soon as I turned it to always (which I thought I did earlier) I got a text alert on my watch! Thank you so much!!!!
