Sense 2 won't show any data on the screen

My sense 2 doesn’t show any data, but it does register, because the data does sync on the app. (iOS)

I mean, I can see my steps, sleepscore, etc in the app, but the numbers on my watch stay 0

Hi there, @CindyC1980. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense 2.

As @Guy_ has suggested, please restart your Sense 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

Hi @CindyC1980 - this could be a clock face issue. To check swipe the watch face to the right, if you see the correct information, change the clock face in the Gallery tile of the Fitbit App. It can be a good time to restart the watch. How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If you just purchased your device I suggest returning it for a full refund.  I got my Sense 2 for Christmas.  I've had the same issue as you it has never worked even after repeated attempts to troubleshoot with Fitbit support.  I've asked to exchange it to the Versa and Fitbit refuses to do so.  So basically they've told me to live with it.  $400 later.  I will NEVER purchase another Fitbit.  This has been a horrible experience.
