Sense 2 won't show my clock face

Hi, today the clock face is not available on my watch. When I tap it, the clock face is not displaying, I cannot check what time it is. I am also not able to access any of the icons. When I click on them, e.g. Today, it’s not letting me in to see the data. 
What could be the reason?

 

Update: The reset has been done and it’s working properly now.

If you experience the same issue again, please restart your Sense 2 one more time as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
